"How can I pay?"

Bike Balls accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.  


"Do you ship to my country?"

Yes, we ship internationally. 


SHIPPING


"What is your shipping policy?"

We are currently shipping all orders out from the USA. This allows us to provide better shipping prices to our customers. 

DOMESTIC (USA) - 
For orders within the USA, we ship orders using USPS. Tracking information and approximate delivery times are sent to your email when items are shipped from our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL - 
For international orders, we will ship using DHL or USPS, depending on the size of your order. Tracking information and approximate delivery times are sent to your email when items are shipped from our warehouse.

Duty & Custom Charges - 
Please be advised that International orders may be subject to duty and custom charges when your items arrive. We have no responsibility on these charges. Should you choose to turn the package away, no refunds will be issued. 

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that upon submission of your order that all shipping information is correct. We are only able to make address corrections if your shipment has not been shipped yet. We can not correct shipping addresses once your order has started processing in our warehouse. If your address is not entered correctly, the package may be returned as undelivered. You will have to place a new order in the event of inaccurate address submission.  


"When will my order be shipped?"

Orders are shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. A notification e-­mail will be sent when your Bike Balls are shipped.


"Do you offer express shipping?"

We don’t offer express shipping at this time.


"My Balls haven’t arrived within the estimated shipping date, what’s up?"

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed, sometimes shipping can take longer depending on your location. However we do guarantee you'll get your Balls and if nothing arrives two (2) weeks after the estimated arrival date, please send us an email at orders(at)balls.bike with your order number. 


"My tracking information hasn’t moved?"

This can happen when the carrier is slow to update the tracking information. Keep checking back and you will see it updated.


"My tracking says my package was delivered to my country but nothing after that?"

Generally when shipping internationally the carrier drops the package with your local post and they become responsible for delivering the item so you will not see the tracking update from the original carrier.

International shipments can take longer than the estimated arrival date. It is also completely normal to not see every step tracked. If you notice that your shipment tracking has not moved in a few days, it is likely that your shipment is still en route.

We have had customers successfully receive their Bike Balls a few weeks after their estimated arrival date. If your shipment does not arrive within two (2) weeks after your last estimated arrival date, please send us an email at orders(at)balls.bike for a solution.


I never received a confirmation email?

Check your spam folder, the downside of having the word BALLS in your name is that you often get filtered automatically to spam. If you don’t find the confirmation e-mail there, the e-mail address may be incorrect, send us an e-mail and we will update our system!


PRODUCT INFORMATION


Can I wash my balls?

Yep! You can use a damp cloth to wipe your dirty Bike Balls. Do not submerge your Balls under water. 


Is Bike Balls rechargeable? What type of battery does it use?

Bike Balls uses two replaceable CR2032 lithium-metal battery cells, which are non-rechargeable. 


How long do the batteries last?

  • Solid/steady light : ~100 hours

  • Flashing light mode: ~190 hours


I have an issue with my Balls

Send us an email to orders(a)balls.bike and be sure to include: ­your order number, ­a picture of your sad sack and ­your current shipping address. We'll be happy to address your Bike Balls Issue and find the best solution. 


REturn policy


"What is your return policy?"

If you are unsatisfied with your Bike Balls when they arrive, we will gladly refund your purchase. To issue a refund, please email orders(a)balls.bike to inform us of the reason. The items must be shipped back to our return address, with packaging unopened and undamaged for a refund to be issued. We are not responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse. 

If you purchased your Bike Balls elsewhere, other than at www.balls.bike, you must contact the original point of purchase for their refund policy.
